1 on 1 psychotherapy sessions. Our individual psychotherapy services offer a supportive space to explore personal challenges, develop self-awareness, and achieve meaningful change. Through compassionate guidance, we help you understand your emotions, enhance relationships, and work toward a more fulfilling, balanced life.
Services
Couples Therapy
Using an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach we help partners deepen their connection by identifying and addressing underlying emotions that drive negative patterns. Together, we work to strengthen trust, improve communication, increase empathy, and foster a secure, loving bond that enhances relationship satisfaction and resilience.
Accountability Calls
Clients set goals and receive weekly 10 minute phone calls from a coach. Coach will check in on progress and support the client in initiating and sustaining progress. During accountability calls provide time for the coach to track progress, validate efforts, help identify barriers, and encourage the client in identifying their solutions. This is not a clinical service.
