Specializations

My areas of specialization are all issues that I’ve spent 1000’s of hours learning about and working with clients on.

Self-esteem - Self-esteem is an individual’s sense of self-worth and value, reflecting how much they appreciate and accept themselves. It shapes one’s confidence, resilience, and ability to handle challenges, influencing overall mental well-being and life satisfaction.

ADHD - Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by persistent patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity that interfere with daily functioning. Common symptoms include difficulty focusing, organizing tasks, restlessness, and impulsive decision-making.

Couples Issues -Relationship issues often arise from breakdowns in communication, which can create misunderstandings and unresolved conflicts, eroding emotional connection between partners. Life transitions, such as career changes, parenting, or relocation, can add stress that amplifies these challenges, making it essential for couples to adapt and reinforce their bond through open, empathetic dialogue.

Motivation and Focus -Motivation and focus issues can often arise when tasks feel overwhelming or lack clear, engaging goals, making it hard to stay on track or maintain interest. Distractions, mental fatigue, or competing priorities can further drain the energy needed to concentrate, leading to procrastination or inconsistent effort.

Parenting - Parenting is a rewarding yet challenging journey, often filled with moments of joy but also times of exhaustion, stress, and uncertainty. In difficult times, having support to navigate family dynamics and better understand a child’s needs can make all the difference in fostering a healthy, resilient family environment.
